Would it cause stomach ulcer or something? Break the fast? I plan on doing waterfast for 7 days.
I don’t think any of the ingredients would cause an ulcer, it has no acidic components. They recommend taking it with food just in case you feel nauseated. I have been intermittent fasting since January and I take Yasmin every night before bed. I have not had any ill side effects. Just be sure to take it with water.
