Strange questions, but I have an ab injury and taping it helps. Is there a problem using it while dry fasting since the skin is absorping stuff? I will go for 72h.
While it absorbs more than you would expect in general, your skin doesn’t absorb any more or less when you’re fasting than when you aren’t. If you covered most of your skin it would be an issue, but just a particular area of injury would be fine. If it’s safe to use regularly then it will be safe when dryfasting.
