If you’ve completely depleted your glycogen from intense exercise and you have been in a severe deficit, it’s basically a free ride. That’s the whole point. You can eat what you want as long as you aren’t a fatty pig about it. So after prolonged fasting what you eat isn’t as important as if you go back to your old ways. But definitely eat something nutritious. I would do a burger, not funnel cakes. And if you’re going to eat take some vitamins and squeeze some fish oil in while you can. With that being said if you feel like you can keep going on your fast then keep on keeping on. Your body will tell you when it’s time to eat( hunting time) again. [you will be very thin]
