Can someone explain if fasting is good for blood pressure?

Hi! I’m wanting to start 18:6 fasting between 2pm - 8pm. I can see there’s lots of health benefits but what’s it like for blood pressure? I know if you overeat it’s bad for blood pressure, and I’m wondering if I’ll end up just eating larger meals within the short time. Do you feel like it’s important to have three meals just within 6 hours? Just wondering how I’d fit that around life too. I assume you guys eat quite a bit at work?

Thank you!

Answer

My blood pressure has been fine and I’m on keto + IF + medication thats side affect increases heart rate. I have a blood pressure monitor and it comes back normal every time.

I’d like to add that i do 18:6 and I eat two meals a day in my eating window and have a decaf coffee as a treat (within my window ofc). I also try to work out every evening..
