Can someone explain their fasting/eating habits in rolling fasts ?

My main goal is weight loss, lose ~50lbs, and have lost 7.5 lbs so far over the past 6.5 days. I want a beach body by June. In addition to fasting I’m doing cardio during lunch and will be swimming starting next week at the local gym.

Mine is pretty simple really. Monday, I don’t eat. Tuesday, I eat dinner only. Wednesday, I don’t eat. Thursday, I eat one meal. I usually pick one day of the weekend that I will fast as well, so essentially I get 3 to 4 meals a week. All of these meals are keto, btw. In addition, I lift and/or run 4 to 5 times each week, but I’ve been doing that for quite a while.

And the weight is falling off! Started 12/26 at 6’1”, 217, down to 202 as of now. I’d like to lose another 15 to 20 pounds. For reference, I was 172 right before lockdown and ate and drank like crap over the last 2.5 years. I’ve put on quite a bit of muscle mass over the last 3 years though, so somewhere in the low 180s would be great.
