I’ve done OMAD fasting (paired w working out) before and lost a good amount of weight but gained it all back when I went on vacation for four weeks. I was think about starting a new fasting method and stumbled upon 48 hour rolling fast. I still have no clue what the rolling means. Is it eating once every 48 hours or a 48 hour fast every month?? Please give me some guidance. Thanks!!
I’ve done one meal a day fasting where I would only drink water and that was effective. I’ve done one or two 48 hour fasts but never used snake juice. I think I’m going to start doing 48 hour fasts and one meal a day fasting again. What’s the easiest way to make snake juice?
