100 carbs tops i would guess if you train regularly.
50 carbs tops if you’re training and trying to lose fat. (you can eat less. depends how hard uyou go in the gym. if just like the average person then 20 carbs should be tops)
diet doctor has a list of low carb fruits.
stupid simple macros app lets you adjust your macros. while you’re adjusting one it will adjust the others accordingly for you.

there’s a small learning curve to the app but it’s worth it if you’re tracking macros and weighing your food.
Meat & fruit as an average would give you
40/30/30
Many variables though, weather it’s fatty fruit , fatty meat, lean meat high carb fruit …. Still y would say a standard meat and fruit would be on those ranges
