Can someone help a noob😂

So I’ve been fasting for a month now and I just finished a 46ish hour fast and it says I burned about 35hours of fat. How does that work? Like does it burn fat in general in the body or? I feel like this is a no brainer question but fasting is something I’m new to.

“It” says? What does that mean? This suggests that you were what, using glycogen for the first 11 hours and weren’t using any fat? Biologically this doesn’t make a lot of sense. Ultimately any glycogen used will be replenished within 24 hours so functionally it isn’t worth striking a difference.
