I’ve heard it said and experienced it myself. What’s your take and what’s the science?
N=1 meaning try it and see. Just watched a Fung video and he said part of fasting is caloric restriction and he doesn’t see long term success when patients eat the same number of calories in their eating window that they would have eaten with 3 meals and snacks. From my experience there a how often, what and how much. And because bodies adapt I find experimenting to prove or disprove how things work for me is key.
