I’ve been having raw oat flour with water as this is safe and done by many body builders and others. My question is can you do the same with Corn Grits? I know you can eat corn raw, but I can find basically no information about eating corn grits without cooking them.
Raw Oats are Ok = Ground Oats(Oat Flour) are ok Raw Corn is OK = Ground Corn(Corn Grit) should be ok too right?

Why not just eat corn tortillas and you know, meat, cheese, beans, rice or whatever. Call it Mexican food, in you feel like a fiesta. That sounds good. Limes. Cilantro. Pickled veggies. Guac. Sour cream. Hot sauce? Tasty!
