You can technically eat whatever you want but you can’t necessarily eat as much as you want. If you were to binge eat every other day then no, but if you’re sensible and keep your weekly calories in a net deficit then yes. But try to eat healthier food, because it energises you, fills you up and makes you feel good. Of course a little treat is fine every now and again but know the limit
I do 24fasts daily and mix in 72 hour fasts about once a month. You can eat whatever you want in your feeding window however the more processed foods you eat the more unpleasant your time fasting will be. It will cause INTENSE cravings and hunger pangs. If you’re in a stressful situation I find that this can be even more magnified (at least for me). You may also feel dizzy and have a headache as you’ll essentially be in withdrawal from the sugars/carbs. Additionally, depending on the length of the fast and your body most people experience stomach problems breaking fasts with unhealthy foods. Breaking a fast with, say a pizza will cause instant butt pee for a lot of people so make sure you’re near a bathroom! It is far better to eat whole non processed foods 99.9% of the time. If you have a one off meal for a special occasion then it might be worth feeling like dog poo for the fasting period though. 🤷♀️
