Will they cause problems if eaten together?
I don’t think so. I take them all the time together. Probiotics are for your gut health specifically (and help the immune system) and vitamins are for antioxidant effects and thereby support the immune system, but also help nerve function (specifically the B vitamins). They are complimentary to your health. The real best way to get vitamins and probiotics is through a varied plant-based diet, lots of fruits and veggies, some unprocessed whole grains and lots of beans, including edamame if you like that.
