I am on keto, omad, and am thoroughly fat adapted. I have plenty of body fat to run off of. I keep my electrolytes up. I don’t have any nutrient deficiencies. But when I do a multiple-day fast, I don’t feel light and energetic and clear-headed like people describe. I feel weak, slow, foggy-brained, shaky, and hungry as hell. Am I doing something wrong? Or is fasting just not for me?
Did u try to pull through it before to see if it went away (sleep it off or whatever)? For how long? ( as some have said first 3 days can be bad). Just brainstorming here. Hope you can find answers <3
