I used to do 18/6 and was totally plateauing..I hadn’t seen any difference in my body or weight in months and months.
This past week I switched to 19/5 and I’ve immediately seen results.
Anyone know why the huge gains with such a small adjustment?
I just heard about this study on a podcast on the difference between a 4-hour and a 6-hour feeding window. The extra 2 hours allowed the body to burn 2X more. That’s a pretty big difference for extra 2 hours of fasting. I believe you are in that zone.
