If you’re using the same amount of each ingredient the nutrition will be the same. However most likely, the amount of almond milk will not be the same. Cookies don’t need as much liquid as a smoothie. The higher the water content the more satiating the food will be.
Drinking your calories is always going to be less satiating then eating them. So the shake is probably going to be the least satiating,followed by the cookies. Nutrition is going to be the same, but the digestibility might be different. From personal experience an oat shake digest better than overnight soaked oats. But that’s just speaking anecdotally.
