Changing eating window

I’ve done 18:6 for a year now and love it, but I’m thinking about changing it to 20:4 and change my eating wings from 10a - 4p to 3p - 6p. Is there any guidance on how to go about this?

Only real guidance is to just not beat yourself up too badly if you slip a little as you transition to your new window. These things can take an adjustment period, and that’s okay!

Just like I’m sure you got used to this window you’re in now, you’ll get used to your new one too :)

Just keep trying to eat your first meal a little bit later, especially if you’re not hungry or you’re busy when your normal meal time would start.

I try to eat 16:8 but push it as far as I can every day so that my first meal is as late as I can stand it before I’m really hungry or I need to eat before I go off and do something else.
