Cheap way of making electrolytes??

Can someone tell me a way to make homemade electrolytes? I live in India and they are very expensive here,I would appreciate it if someone could tell me a way to make electrolytes at home that could allow me to fast for 72 hours.

Check out the Snake Juice recipe in this subreddit’s About tab’s Electrolytes link. Works for me and very cheap; only tough part is finding the KCl: my grocery stocks Nu-Salt, but I’ve heard few do. If so for you, maybe buy a bunch (food grade) online.
