I don’t know if it can be considered cheap, but easy. Premier Protein and other similar shakes have 30grams of protein. Others: Muscle Milk, Fairlife.and only 160 calories per Premier shake.

The easiest protein I intake is protein powder after a workout.

1 scoop of powder + water. Takes about 30 seconds, packs about 30 grams of protein.

Large, tougher beef cuts like eye of round, rump roast, sirloin steak have higher protein to fat ratio. Buying a quarter or half a beef from a local farmer will get you more bang for your buck than buying individual cuts.

Get a pressure cooker (instantpot, etc) and use that to batch cook your proteins. Portion everything out into Tupperware and you’re done for several days.

I use mine to make stews, casseroles, curries, pulled meats, steamed fish fillets, boiled eggs, rice, etc etc.
