Do you allow them? If so, how often?
If you’re working towards a goal, then don’t have scheduled cheat days, like every Saturday.
If there’s a special occasion, then go ahead and not worry about hours/calories. (Within reason of course.)
If there are special night, like drinks with friend, then make it part of your plan.
But cheating can reinforce those habits that got you where you are today, and when you get to your goal, it can make it easier to slip back into old routines and then you might have to do this all over again.
