Chest and muscle pains and nausea that intensified after refeeding (48 hour fast)

Started refeed with fruit juice and a protein ball. Its been two hours and it wont go away. Its really intense and i cant lie down. Anyone experienced this? Do i need to eat something in particular?

You’re not supposed to mix fruit with protein, especially not after a fast when the digestive system has been reset and is sensitive. Mixing fruits with protein leads to fermentation in the gur, that’s the pain you’re feeling. Read more on proper food combining

Update; It’s all good. Mustve been a mistake with the fruit juice. I got checked in the hospital (I’m in a country with subsidized healthcare) and everything was normal. Probably happened to press my arm in the wrong position the same night i was finishing my fast. After coconut water I felt alot better too!
