I think it depends on where you’re getting it from, but on average I would say it has its positives and negatives. They’re usually VERY high in sodium (added MSG), which isn’t great if you’re eating a standard american diet, but can be okay in moderation if you don’t eat a ton of sodium otherwise. Regardless, make sure you have a lot of water with it.
If your chicken fried rice has some variety of veggies and chicken, you’re still getting a balanced meal.
Biggest concern would be low quality oils and the sodium content.
