Used to order Dymatize ISO100 Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate and loved it. Apparently they no longer make the “natural” variant. I’ve read some good things about NOW isolate protein, minimal ingredients. I’ve also taken a good look at Legion and their products look fantastic.
What are your recommendations with plant based or high quality whey isolate proteins? Fake sugars are a NO for me too and lately I’ve read that seed oils are not good in the long run. I’ll be consuming these post workout or as needed. 1-2x a day max.
the return on the investment of the higher end whey is that for most people the differences are not worth the money.
Unless there is a specific digestion issue you can stick to standard whey. Also if you are a pro athlete the then hydrolyzed is better….maybe.
Aside from that it’s a gimmick to make more money.
