I’m new to fasting but I did a 14 day, then a 5 day refeed, rolled into a 5 day, did a 2 day refeed and started another 5 day yesterday.
I have the weight for it and been taking my electrolytes and a multivitamin. It’s been going pretty well. If my body responds poorly at any time I will stop, but so far so good.
At this point it is a mental challenge for me.
