I hate coffee. Black coffee especially. I know there’s nothing that HAS to be done but I know coffee help keep things moving. So is it something I should endure once a week? I’m on a plateau so I’m reworking my diet and my daily habits.
As far as I know you get similar benefits from black, green or white tea. But they’re optional anyway.
And maybe shake it up a little (for your metabolism) with a different IF plan, like ADF to get below the plateau.
You can buy just straight caffeine pills from a supplement store. I got burnt out on black coffee and would just take those. 100mg each morning. Helped keep my digestion going and gave me a little energy.
