Am I able to drink black Starbucks coffee while fasting ? In the morning ?
first time I tried to quit coffee I had brutal headaches which analgesics didn’t help with.
so I dropped my consumption down by 1/2 for a week from 10 cups to 5. then 5 to 2.5 then one. then switched to tea and was okay. Slowly for all addictions
Doing the spam and pickles fasting I don’t even want to drink coffee. Just thinking about it makes me sick. That said it will make you pee out valuable minerals and jack up your cortisol, causing some insulin resistance (which you’re trying to get rid of) and making it harder to sleep, so choose to drink it or not. Cole I know is against it as it is an addiction.
