Answer

it’s a common occurrence, digesting food generates internal heat so without that you’re more easily chilled, plus your blood sugar drops which makes you more sensitive to the cold.

Not going to go away until you eat although it can be worse initially and then as your blood sugar stabilizes it’ll improve a bit, will always be easier to get chilled by cold ambient temps/wind when fasting though.
