What is the proper way to cycle dry fasting and wet fasting? I’ve seen some comments that it’s not safe to go from one to the other, but I don’t understand why 🤔
Here’s what I understand from it.
When you water fast, you’re flushing electrolytes, and ifYou go into a dry fast after wet that’s bad news.
However if you go dry first, you’re not flushing electrolytes, and it’s safer to transition into water fasting.
I just started a 21 day fast yesterday. I plan to do 7 days dry, 7 days water, then the last week dry again đź‘Ť
Never done it before but I’m on the road to losing 100 pounds. I’m currently 250 🤦‍♀️ All gained in quarantine.
