Work the heavy bag(?) You’d obviously need to put on muscle to maintain the same weight and lower your body fat. What makes you think that’s your ideal weight? Most boxers in the same position would be aiming to compete at welter or junior middleweight.

This is really something better discussed with your trainer, then seek nutritional advice.

I’m studying to become a clinical dietitian, not sports, but according to the little I’ve read you should be on a slight calorie deficit and aim for excessive amounts of protein (2-3g / kg bodyweight). In general people in Western diets “over consume” protein but in this case it’s justified.

If you don’t want to be on a calorie deficit it really comes down to the amount of training you put in.
