I have been steadily losing weight from 80+ kg to around 74-75kg. However, this has only worked if I eat around 1300 calories a day. Any more and I tend to gain regardless of what I eat. I have been meticulously tracking every single item into MyFitnessPal to ensure that everything is accounted for.
I was told that this is a dangerous level of caloric intake but really don’t see another option. Any advice as to what is going on here is appreciated.
its not dangerous, you dont have much to lose anyways, 10kg more and youre done, just make sure to get multivitamis,
a complete 1300 calorie meal nutritionally, is much better than a lackin 2000 calories
though i dont believe you eating more than 1300 gains you real weight, its the kind of scenario that would break law of “physics”. its either you exxagerating or youre overestimating calories
