Answer

Can only see one pic (blue one). It looks OK, but better to get a bread with a better fiber to carb ratio. It means the bread will keep your blood sugars more stable by lowering its glycaemic index. This helps to maintain insulin sensitivity and keep you fuller for longer. A seeded bread will do this and additionally introduce healthy fats into the bread which will further lower its GI, increase your satiety, and diversity the nutrient profile of the bread.

Answer

Bread is only bad if you are on low carb diet. The hardest part of keto for me is dropping the bread. I have my go to keto bread from Aldi and it holds me over. Im from New Orleans we eat bread every meal and invetween!

Answer

Generally whole grain is more calorie dense but will actually fill you up compared to its white counterpart. It’s also contains more micro nutrients which can help you fill your daily need for minerals, vitamin etc.

Answer

The truth is that bread has very little nutrition and too many calories. A recipe for disaster. This whole grain stuff is pretty misleading. Haven’t seen any studies showing benefits of eating bread lol.
