i’ve always counted them as 18 calories per 100g, like most ppl do. however today when i checked the nutrition label of a pack i got, it stated that there were 30 calories per 100g?? have i been underestimating by almost half this entire time??
this doesn’t make sense. all websites say 18cal, other posters too, mfp entries, usda, etc.
can someone pls explain why these cherry tomatoes seem to have double??
Every place I’ve checked has them listed as 18 cals per 100 grams, I would stick with that. Nutrition labels are notorious for over and under estimating calories, the FDA has them labeled as 18 calories per 100 grams if that eases your soul at all.
