consistent fasting window but not consistent eating window

i always fast at least 16 hours, but i’m not eating for 8 hours, because i start and stop at different times every day. here’s an example:

day 1: end fast 10am, start fast at midnight

day 2: end at 4pm, start 4.30pm

day 3: end 9am, start 5pm

day 4: end 11am, start 6pm

is this ok? or am i doing it wrong

Metabolism-wise, I think it’s fine. I would personally find that hard to maintain because I get hungry the same time every day, but if you’re not getting super cranky when you’ve gone so long without eating, keep doing it.
