Continued fat loss after dry fasting refeed

Hi. I know after an extended dry fast with proper refeeding, the scale will show gain. Depending on the refeed, that would be water/liquid gain.

But how can you ensure that.. after an extended fast and even with refeeding, you continue on a fat loss trajectory?

Is the only way to refeed with keto foods?

Answer

Lots of greens, vegetables. Blend vegetables with water make them easier to digest or steam. Eat greens whole. Minimum fruits. You’ll stay in a semi-fast with the lightest density foods. It offers slow absorption. And good hydration with nutrition. while not putting the toxic residue back in your body. Keto personally for me is way too dehydrating. The high fat content cuts the dryfast short. And is terrible for consecutive deeper extended dryfasting. 6-7 days minimum. If that’s your goal. If not then keto is a good option to stay fat adapted.
