How do you do it? I mean without tasting food? I should add that we eat lot of Indian / Sri lankan type of food that has lot of different ingredients etc…. So it’s not just salt and pepper and stick in the oven kinda thing.
I also gota make 3 meals in some days for the family (Mrs and me take turns through the week). I kinda skipped last few weeks but I’m getting those comments / looks from her now and I better start cooking again before she blows up…… So wanted to check in with this sub and beg for some tips. Ta
I try to meal prep and make several meals for my partner all at once. If I do cook while I’m fasting, I try to choose more simple recipes or do semi-homemade stuff like using pre-made sauces. It’s definitely a challenge.
