Cooling the body without exposure to water

Hey everyone,

I’m halfway through day 9 of a dry fast. Could you suggest ideas for cooling the body without putting water on it?

So far I’ve really been enjoying the night air and moisture of the ground outside but not sure what to do when that diminishes during the day. Would a fan dry me out too much?

Thanks in advance for your support

Answer

Things I’ve seen recommended, are walking outside barefoot in early morning, late night. Steaming up a bathroom and sitting in it taking long deep nose breathes. Laying flat on concrete or wood floors. Cold wash cloths on the back of the neck and forehead. Soaking your feet in ice water.

So a lot of those include using water so do what you can.
