Sure. There’s fat fasting where you allow yourself calories of fat like butter or coconut oil. Some might consider it breaking a fast, but since it’s only fat it won’t have a insulin effect. Another option is to take some fiber; this can help fill you up without adding a significant caloric impact.

if you’re just trying to stay in ketosis , i would say to eat some low carb vegetables and you should be good.
or just eat a huge salad. just make sure the dressing is low carb most dressings are except thousand island and i think french dressing
100% once you’re fat adapted when eating keto (takes 3 weeks to a couple months) - them when you fast you start in ketosis. So, fasting or eating (as long as not too much), you use your fat for fuel.
