I’ve been doing 48 fasts every week for the past month! Approx 2-3 pounds stays off. The cool part is I don’t have to ease my way back into regular food because it’s only been 48 hours. That’s me though
of course! I do it all the time. you don’t need to prepare really… just get to it. as for breaking your fast everyone is different so you’ll have to experiment with what works for you. personally - i just eat whatever when I’m done. others need to ease back into it with broth.
if you feel you can do a 3 day no problem then do it. if not - ease into it. do one day, then a two day, then a three day.
try to eat as clean as possible when you do eat though to maintain your loses.
I thi k easing into it may help but i dont zee breaking it being a big deal, your stomach lining replaces itself every seven days so i think it should still be able to handle your regular diet easily, my first 7 day fast i broke with pizza and beer(not reccomendable) but i felt fine afterwards
