What meats & veggies are you including? The sodium is only an issue if you plan on using a lot of salt, but as it is homemade, I would suggest measuring what you are using so that it isn’t too high in sodium. If you use a good recipe you should be alright.

Make sure to add in hearty meats and other protein. You can try adding a grain like quinoa which is ridiculously high in protein.
