Same here! I have to be more careful when dishing out my food now because it’s been very easy to give myself a portion larger than I can handle. There’s been a few times when I had to throw food out or put some back because my body was like, “STOP!” even though I wasn’t uncomfortably stuffed or anything. Just trying to eat any more felt like force-feeding even though the portion I eat now is much less than even a few months ago.
