I just started to take creatine for working out and I heard that during the loading phase of creatine you need to take 4 scoops for 5-7 days but I was wondering if I can instead take 3 scoops a day for 12- 14 days and still get the benefits of creatine

Idk if height and weight is important but who knows I jus wanna make sure
20 grams for 7 days. Take it all at once. If yo feel a bit off or doesn’t sit just brake it up. I do 4 serves of 5 grams a day. After 7 days swap to 5 grams a day to maintain. Once you stop it takes about 4-5 weeks to deplete.
