I don’t have any tips but this is what I’m working towards. I started mon wed Fri fast, then last week did Mon Tues and Thursday Friday fast. I think I might be able to skip Wednesday this week and fast the full 5 but I’m going to see how I feel. I actually had a hard time eating this weekend, I was hardly hungry at all. My goal is to do this until my weight comes down into the mid overweight category (currently considered super obese)
