I’m conflicted regarding the typically unhealthy 3+ meal a day lifestyle vs Japans 3 meal a day lifestyle.
They’re known to eat a solid 3 meals a day, yet they’re known as being some of the longest living and healthiest people on the planet.
Is it not a matter of the number of meals but the quality of meals? And if so then how does Omad benefit in comparison?
Just curious. I typically do Omad, but if I didn’t, would an Asian diet similar to Japanese benefit me equally?
I think food is more important in terms of weight loss. For example, imagine you developed a fasting routine. It would need to be quite aggressive to make you lose weight if your eating habits were really bad, like eating pizza or junk food. In other hand, if you develop a good diet, like keto, fasting would only be a booster to your results, but they would’ve come either way. So, what i mean is, the diet is the main subject when you trying to lose weight, not the fasting.
