Curious, please advise

I’m new to this stuff! I currently have two days under my belt, and have only consumed black coffee. What benefits have I missed out on with not just consuming water?

From what I’ve read, black coffee & tea is actually beneficial in kickstarting some bodily processes while fasting. Maybe add some apple cider vinegar too. I don’t though cause I can’t handle the taste
