Did anyone see better results with weight loss when cutting dairy? Right now my eating window is 8am-4pm. I love a afternoon latte but feel so bloated after. My diet is paleo based so I’ve been eating pretty clean.
Results for me have been steady with and without dairy as long as I’ve eaten below my calories for the day. Dairy is one of those things that I know will make me bloat…so when I do consume dairy I expect to feel bloated and have a little extra weight on the scale the next morning. If lattes consistently bloat you…try getting a dairy free alternative for the latte and see how that makes you feel! Do you eat much dairy outside of your lattes?
