I have an hour and 20 mins left of my daily 20 hour water/coffee fast. Its been two weeks since I decided to give daily IF a try. My energy and brain clarity has greatly improved. Ive also lost 5 pounds which is an added bonus πŸ™ŒπŸŽ‰

Hi all! I’m new here, recently realized how beneficial fasting can be for your health so I am doing one day a week-I’m currently recovering from surgery and really hoping it gives me body a break and chance to focus on healing :) today is my first day fasting I’m doing pretty good so far. weird because my nose (where I had surgery) is tingling all day maybe it’s good! is anyone else fasting today? does anyone else do once a week? or if not what? what benefits have you found?
