I got off track in July and gained 10 pounds! Ugh. Trying very hard this week, and down 4 lbs this week doing modified ADF (500 cal on fasting day) MWF. Todayโ€™s my fasting day and still white-knuckling it trying to get thru today. If I can hang in there, I know it will get easier in the next couple of weeks. OMAD on my nonfasting days.

I am struggling this week. My goal was 55.9 kg by the end of the month. On the 17th, I weighed in at 56.1kg but yesterday I was 57.8 kg! I didnโ€™t have cheat days, I kept to my fast, my calories were at a deficit, and worked out as usual.
