Officially 30 days into my IF lifestyle. I clean fast with black coffee and green tea. I average mainly 18/6 hour fasts with some 16/8 and 20/4s. Ive done one 48 hour fast, which was amazing. Id love to do another in the next month. I like to get a minimum of 10k steps in, but prefer 12K. Im 5’3” 38/F starting weight 147; current weight 138; goal weight 125. Super excited to continue this journey!
