OMADing today as usual before I start a 48 hour fast ending in time for Christmas dinner. I’ve been doing 48s every other weekend starting with the weekend after Thanksgiving. This entire week has been so easy to OMAD, even with all the food floating around; it almost feels like I unlocked a cheat code 😁
