I just wanted to check in and say thank you to this community.

I started IF on 15 December, 16/8, eating 12pm to 8pm but found I was binging in the evening.

After lots of great advice from this community, on 29 Dec 2022 I switched my eating window to 10am-6pm and it had an instant improvement for my work pattern and lifestyle. No more binging

I have even achieved some 18/6 fasts and love the flexibility this gives me. I also at this point started tracking CICO using my FitBit app and I am loving IF so far as it is not a restricted diet.

I am naturally now making better food choices so that I fill up nutritionally during my window and stay satisfied during my fast.

This week I have only lost 0.3kg but I start back work today after the holidays and therefore will be a lot more active due to the nature of my job.
