After seeing so much success by everyone, I believe that I too can do this. Im starting tomorrow with a 16:8 IF, and will try to watch my calories and processed foods. I am 58, female at 190 lbs. I can do this.

It’s too hard for my troubled digestive system to handle 1500 calories in one meal, so on the days I do eat, having a window that allows two meals is more suitable.

Gains: I’ve been at this for almost a week now. I’m more comfy in my clothing thanks to fat loss, more alert, am in a better mood overall. I wish I could see it in my face, which shows any fat or water gain as if it were in a klieg light, but with body recomposition over time I might see some positive change there.

16:8 to 18:6, water fast. SW 97.7kg (215.4lb), CW 90kg (198lb). Been going for about three months now. It’s decent progress, as I am very sedentary and only recently started exercising at all. Still not as active as I’d like to be. x) I’m 173cm (5’8”) with a large frame so I’m already starting to see my collarbones and the shape of my ribcage.
